These machines, known as rug shakers, rug dusters or rug fluffers, have become popular with rug washing companies. These equipment is used before washing rugs to remove dust, foreign objects and mites inside and on the surface of the rugs.

If you do not use a dust beater before washing the rug, the dust that has accumulated inside and outside the rug will remain within the rug during washing. The washing process consumes a large amount of water and detergent. After drying, if you shake the rug slightly, dust will be visible on the surface of the rug and the color of the rug will not be as bright as desired.

Standard dust beaters clean the rug only by beating it. Automatic dust beaters with a front brush simplify the process of cleaning the rug pile. Before the beating process, the brush collects hair, wool, bristles, fluff from the rug and combs the pile itself.

At the same time, thanks to the front brush installed before the beating process, the rug fibers that have stuck to each other are separated from each other, and dust and mites located at the bottom of the rug are removed much more easily.

Principle of operation:
The rug is placed in a basket in front of the dust-beating machine.

The rug  is placed on the front side of the machine with the pile facing down. The machine's brush system automatically pulls the rug  into itself.

The front brush collects hair, bristles, lint, wool, etc. on the surface of the rug, and also combs and separates the rug pile. Then the rug is beaten out with the rug beater.

While the rug is being beaten out by the dust beater, the dust falls into the dust collection chamber which is located at the bottom of the machine.

The dust that enters the chamber is sucked in by the vacuum unit of the internal cleaning machine and collected in a dust bag next to the machine.One year warranty on labor and parts.
