At DryMaster Systems, we appreciate the importance of fast delivery. This is why our shipping policy focuses on turning orders around within 24-hours of the purchase date. All shipments take place during standard business hours between Monday and Friday.
We never want to leave customers waiting, so you will be notified in the unlikely event of a shipping delay. If your item can’t be delivered within 7-12 days, one of our team members will be in touch to provide an update. Please understand that we do everything we can to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.
NOTE: due to COVID-19, the lead time on shipments are longer than usual on equipment & accessories. Although, we aim to delivery your equipment within 7 to 12 days, on some equipment, delivery may take 3 to 5 weeks or longer. We'll call you to let you know when to expect your equipment. Cleaning solutions usually ship within 1 business day.
If your purchase is too large or heavy to fit UPS or USPS standard delivery options, we transport orders via freight carrier. Heavy and bulky items must be secured to a pallet before being loaded onto a box truck or semi-trailer for delivery. These items require forklifts or pallet trucks for safe loading and unloading at collection and delivery points.
We proudly offer liftgate services to residential and commercial customers. However, we ask that customers request these services during checkout. If you’re unsure whether you need them, please contact our customer service team. Liftgate services are needed if you don’t have a dedicated loading space or forklift at the delivery point.
We need a phone number on file to offer you freight carrier services. Your delivery driver will call before arriving at the designated drop-off location to make sure someone is available at the time of delivery. If you don’t provide a valid contact number, you may experience problems or delays with your shipment. Failed shipments can incur redelivery charges and storage fees.
Any freight orders from DryMaster Systems are free-on-board (F.O.B) shipping point or F.O.B origin. This means that sale transactions and the responsibility of goods are transferred to the buyer as soon as the products are loaded onto the delivery vehicle. Therefore, you are responsible for any issues or fees due to failed or delayed delivery.
Our team does everything we can to present accurate information and minimize delays or additional expenses.
