Tax Exempt Form

To set up your DryMaster Systems account for tax exemption status, please complete the Tax Exempt Form. You’ll need to submit some information about your business, including:

  • Your full name (first and last)
  • Email address (personal or company)
  • Phone number (the best place to reach you)
  • Your organization name

Include any notes you’d like us to be aware of and upload your completed tax exempt form, formatted in one of the accepted file extensions. By submitting this information, you agree that the information provided is correct and you are eligible for Tax Exempt status.

You can expect to hear from a member of our team within one business day. After we verify the information, your account is updated by a member of our Customer Service Team. If you do not currently have an account with us, one of our members will set it up for you and send you your login information.

When your account is set up, and registration is complete, the tax exempt status applies to all qualifying purchases from our website.
