This Airrex portable air conditioner is ideal for hospitals, kitchens, and production facilities. With 18,200 BTU of cooling power, this unit quickly and effectively cools a variety of indoor spaces. It uses a constant supply of water to discharge heat instead of using outside air. This model has a cooling mode for spot cooling, a fan mode for circulating air, and a dehumidifier mode for drying wet spaces. When cooling, it offers high and low fan speeds and can be set to temperatures ranging from 64 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit, and it uses R-454B refrigerant for efficient cooling.
This unit boasts quiet operation for non-disruptive use, and it features a simple, easy-to-use digital control panel, which allows you to power the unit on and off and set the operating temperature. It also allows you to select the fan speed, set the timer, and select the operating mode. The included programmable timer can be set to run from 0 to 24 hours for hassle-free use. For easy monitoring, this control panel also clearly displays the current room temperature and the selected operating temperature. This air conditioner can operate in temperatures ranging from 65 to 118 degrees Fahrenheit in cool and humidification mode.
This portable air conditioner has (2) 5" diameter front ducts for discharging cold air, and it comes with removable, washable air filters for easy maintenance. It operates with a closed water loop system, and it has a water regulating valve, a built-in condensate pump, and a water inlet / outlet. The tank is easy to drain by simply pressing the pump button. This unit features a durable metal housing with 4 swivel casters, 2 locking, for easy transport and parking, comes with a 10' LCDI power cord, and requires a 115V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
