The DMC4500G12 Automatic rug washing machine has 2 rows of 5 rug brushes each with a diameter of 1.31 FT each. These 10 powerful brushes are in two rows, a roller brush, and a sub-washing brush, providing an all-encompassing cleaning solution for both thick and delicate rugs. The machine’s robust build, adjustable pressure system, and touch-screen control ensure excellent cleaning efficiency and long-term durability.

These brushes rotate in a circular motion, that allows you to wash the rug in most efficient and effective way. Each brush is driven by a separate electric motor.You can choose to rotate the circular brushes in clockwise and counter clockwise direction upon demand at any time, which increases the service life span.

Behind the rug cleaning brushes, there is a spiral brush to fluff up the rug fibers while performing the first rinse process.

The pressure of these brushes can be adjusted manually using the brush pressure adjustment levers. Right behind the roller (rotary) rinsing brush there is a rinsing system that removes excess detergent and water from the washed rug and rinses again. The rinsing system operates with nozzles, on both sides of the system. Additionally, there is a roller brush that washes the backing of the rug.

The rug washer control panel is conveniently located in the mid section of the equipment for easy operator access and therefore,there is no need to go to each side of the equipment in case when intervention is required during the rug wash.
