Jus would like to update the day after writing the review Drymaster systems contacted me and did ensure it was a 100 psi model sent me and apologized for sending me the stainless steel hose instead and offered to tryn exchange, which I appreciate but imma decline just cause I dont wanna take the very rare chance of sending this back and it not arriving to them and then having nothing. I do 100% believe the exchange probably would of went no problem, and wanna change my 1 star to a 4 star. I appreciate the quick follow up. As Far as review on the actual Sandia machine, I got what was advertised and am happy.
I purchased this item like 2 months ago and just got it out the other day to flush the antifreeze since it had been cold just to realise I was sent a stainless steel hose and not a clearview, and on top of that, theirs no no way to actually confirm that is a super motor sandia and not the regular 55 psi, they send no papers about really anything jus some basic instructions, when I asked about the warranty cause I couldn't find any paper or anything they said its automatic now, but with no paper and after getting the wrong hose im wondering is this actually the 100 psi version or the 55 and just got duped. So until someone can tell me how to actually know I got the right motor extractor, after being sent the wrong hose already I would have to say no I would not recommend, I mean they seem nice when I messaged them about the warranty 2 months ago, I just assumed it was the right item cause it was to cold at the time and went to use today with great disappointment when I seen a stainless steel hose. I mean this is literally the only item I bought and they sent me the wrong hose. Posted picture of stainless steel below
