Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your DryMaster Systems purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.

The following terms apply to any products that you purchased from us.

DryMaster Systems Returns Process

Log into your account or visit our return product page to start a new return and generate a return label. The return labels are valid for 14 days. All returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

You must return your unopened items with all the original packaging. All return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless DryMaster Systems is at fault. Any shipping charges will be deducted from your final credit.

Please note:

  • To return a parts order and specially ordered items, please email customer service at info@drymastersystems.com for prior authorization.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns that have been opened or do not have their original packaging.
  • No returns will be accepted and will be refused if you do not have a return authorization number (an RMA) .

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will process your return. You must allow at least 14 days to process your return from the day we receive your item. Processing may take longer in the event of certain circumstances. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a refund or exchange of a defective or damaged product.

Vacuum and equipment manufacturers offer equipment-specific warranties that cover operational issues. If you have questions and concerns about the operational problems with your vacuum and equipment, please call us.
